Will it fit your truck? Send us five measurements

Truck chassis vary in dimensions and specifications, so our wrecker bodies are not built as universal units. With accurate chassis measurements we build the body to fit your truck correctly. Use the drawings below β€” they show exactly what to measure for each body type.

Frequently asked questions

The questions buyers actually ask us before an order β€” answered in full, including the parts that cost money.

Will the wrecker body fit my truck? Is it a standard model?
Truck chassis vary in dimensions and specifications, so our wrecker bodies are not manufactured as universal standard units. With accurate chassis measurements and technical information, we customise the body to fit your truck correctly.

The following can be customised:
  • Lifting and towing capacity
  • Overall dimensions and working range
  • Steel thickness and materials
  • Body style and paint colour
  • Hydraulic configuration
  • Components, accessories, toolboxes and storage
Both minor details and major design changes are possible, provided the final design complies with your local regulations and safety requirements.
Is the wrecker body complete? Are all parts included? Is the PTO included?
The wrecker body is supplied as a complete unit with the main structural, hydraulic, electrical and operating components. The hydraulic system is normally supplied from the hydraulic pump onward.

The PTO is not included. It must match your truck's specific transmission, so it is usually purchased and installed locally. Please send us the required pump shaft specification and rotation direction so we can prepare the correct hydraulic pump configuration.
Can you customise the colour and logo?
Yes. Paint colour and logo are customised to your requirement. Please send:
  • Your colour or colour code
  • A clear logo image or vector file
  • Preferred logo size and position
Electrophoretic coating (E-coating) is available as an option for improved corrosion resistance and longer service life.
How long does manufacturing take?
Estimated build times:
  • Standard flatbed wrecker β€” 20–30 days
  • Complex flatbed or light-duty integrated β€” 30–45 days
  • Medium-duty integrated wrecker β€” 2–3 months
  • Heavy-duty integrated wrecker or rotator β€” 3–4 months
The final schedule depends on the model, specification, customisation and current factory workload.
What are the payment terms?
Production begins after we receive a 50% deposit. The balance is paid after production is completed and before shipment. Payment is normally by T/T bank transfer.

In-stock parts are a separate case β€” those are paid in full before shipment, and can be paid by card as well as T/T.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on quantity, dimensions, weight, destination and delivery method. For one or two small units we can either deliver to your freight forwarder in China (you pay the domestic transport), or quote LCL shipping to your destination port. For multiple units or heavy equipment we quote a full container to your port, or door-to-door where that is available.

Typical container arrangements
  • 20 ft β€” wrecker beds under 20 ft, light-duty integrated under 16 t, DTU units, hide-away underlifts, fifth-wheel wreckers
  • 40 ft high-cube β€” three or more beds, beds over 20 ft, heavy-duty integrated over 16 t, rotators over 16 t
The final loading plan is confirmed against the exact dimensions, weight and quantity of your order.
What other costs will I need to pay?
Besides the body price and international freight, the buyer normally pays:
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Import duties and taxes
  • Port handling charges
  • Local inland transport
  • Installation, where applicable
  • Local inspection, certification or registration fees
These vary by country. We will tell you what we know about your market, but we cannot quote them for you.
Do you provide an installation manual or drawings?
The body is delivered with most major components already assembled and installed. The main installation work is:
  • Mounting the subframe and body onto the chassis
  • Connecting the hydraulic system
  • Connecting the electrical system
  • Connecting the air system, where applicable
  • Installing and matching the PTO
Our technical team provides installation drawings, technical instructions and remote support when required.
What is the warranty period?
  • Flatbed wreckers β€” 1 year
  • Light-duty integrated wreckers β€” 1 year
  • Heavy-duty integrated wreckers β€” 2 years
  • Rotators β€” 2 years
The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal operating and maintenance conditions. Damage from incorrect installation, overloading, improper operation, accidents, unauthorised modification or insufficient maintenance is not covered. Detailed terms are confirmed in the sales contract.
Can I visit your workshop? Are there units available for inspection?
Yes β€” you are welcome to visit. We normally have light-duty and medium-duty wreckers in stock or under production. Heavy-duty integrated wreckers and rotators may not always be available, because most are custom-built against confirmed orders.

During a visit you can inspect our workmanship and welding, structural design, steel and aluminium materials, hydraulic components, electrical systems, paint and surface treatment, parts and accessories, and the production line itself.

Please contact us in advance so we can arrange the visit and confirm which units are available to see.
