An integrated wrecker combines a fixed recovery boom and a hydraulic underlift (wheel-lift) on the same body, so a single truck can winch a casualty, lift it by the wheels and tow it away — no second vehicle needed. Unlike a rotator, the boom is fixed (non-slewing) — for continuous 360° rotation see our rotator range. iTruck builds the full integrated line: light 3–6 ton pickup-mount wrecker bodies at the entry end, and boom-equipped units from 8 to 50 ton for medium and heavy recovery. Every unit is engineered to your chassis — Isuzu, Hino, Freightliner, Kenworth, Dongfeng and more.

Warranty: 1 year on light-duty builds, 2 years on heavy-duty integrated wreckers, covering manufacturing defects under normal operation and maintenance.
All winches are planetary and DOT-certified. The same boom can be paired with different wheel-lift capacities — e.g. a 16 T boom with a 10, 13 or 16 T wheel-lift — so lift capacity is matched to your typical casualty.
1 CA = distance from the cab to the centre of the last axle (not to the rear of the body); heavier units need more margin to reduce later modification. 2 Rear-axle setup is on the finished chassis — integrated units run a single rear axle up to 16 T and a rear tandem from 20 T; 40–50 T use a 4- or 5-axle chassis. Extended / mid-boom ratings and wire specs are on each model's full spec sheet — send your recovery weight and chassis and we'll spec the exact unit.
