Flatbed carriers
4 – 20 ton

A slide-and-tilt deck drops to a low load angle so a casualty drives or winches straight on — then a built-in underlift lets you tow a second vehicle behind. USA, AU and EU styles, built to your chassis.

What it is

Load it flat, tow one more behind

A flatbed carrier's deck slides back and tilts down to the ground, giving a low load angle so a car, van or light truck drives on under its own power or is winched on undamaged — ideal for accident vehicles, EVs, low-clearance cars and equipment. Every iTruck carrier also carries a hydraulic underlift, so once the deck is loaded you can tow a second vehicle behind it. Decks are built in USA slide, Australian tilt-tray and European styles, plus lay-flat, rotating and double-deck configurations — all engineered to your chassis.

All models are slide-type tilt trays with a built-in underlift; deck / winch and lift capacities match the model rating, and the underlift tows up to roughly double. Decks are checkered or smooth plate in Q235 (standard) or Q345R higher-strength steel, thickness by model, on a subframe matched to your chassis. Bed length is built to your chassis and market — send your chassis and the style you want and we'll spec the exact carrier.

Australian tilt-tray flatbed carrier
Australian Tilt-Tray

Built to Australian spec

Known in Australia as a tilt tray, this is our slide-and-tilt deck produced to Australian specifications for compliance-minded operators — low load angle, full headboard rack and detailing to suit AU rules:

  • Double-layer subframe
  • In-beam lift cylinder
  • QuickLash tie-downs
  • Wireless remote

Engineer certificate: we supply drawings and documentation to support your application — final certification still needs correct local installation and know-how, so plan for that before ordering.

Rotating turntable flatbed carrier
Rotating Deck

Load from the side

A carrier deck on a turntable that rotates so you can load and unload to the side of the truck — invaluable in tight yards, workshops and roadside spots with no room to reverse straight in. Keeps the low load angle of a slide deck, adds side access.

  • 270° deck rotation
  • Sliding winch
  • Wireless remote
