This page explains what we do with the information you give us, and what the cookies on this website are for. It applies to itruckrecovery.com and to enquiries you send us through it.

The quote form asks for your name, email address, country, the product you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message field. A phone or WhatsApp number is optional. That is the whole list — we don't ask for anything we don't need in order to quote you.
We keep the correspondence, along with the address or number you contacted us from, so we can pick the conversation back up later.
If you have accepted analytics and advertising cookies, our measurement tools record technical information — approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type, which pages you looked at, and which advert or link brought you here. This is aggregate traffic data; it does not tell us your name.
For visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland: the first two purposes rest on performing or preparing a contract with you; the third rests on consent under the ePrivacy rules and the GDPR.

Until you accept, the advertising and analytics tools are held in a restricted mode that does not write cookies or build a profile of you. If you are visiting from Europe nothing optional runs before you choose. You can change your mind whenever you like:

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not pass your contact details to other manufacturers or trading companies. We do rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
Because we are a Chinese exporter working with international providers, your information will be handled outside your own country, including in China. Where we are asked for a transfer safeguard, we will put an appropriate agreement in place.
Enquiries that do not turn into an order are kept for up to three years, because buyers in this industry often come back a season or two later. Order records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and afterwards for the period our accounting and export obligations require. Ask us to delete your record sooner and we will, unless the law says we must hold on to it.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for advertising measurement. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you also have the right to receive your data in a portable form and to complain to your national data protection authority.
